Elisabeth Anderson

Elisabeth Anderson is a Senior Director in the Corporate Social Engagement division of Changing Our World, Inc.

Elisabeth has extensive experience establishing and implementing effective partnerships between corporations and nonprofits.  She currently leads a large corporate grantmaking engagement, managing a $25 million annual youth development grant portfolio and providing strategic counsel to the client.  Elisabeth’s strategic planning and partnership development work spans a number of sectors, with clients including AltruShare Securities, Avon, The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, ConAgra Foods, The McGraw-Hill Companies, the NoVo Foundation, NIVEA, and the United Nations World Food Programme.

Elisabeth serves as corporate philanthropy editor for onPhilanthropy.com, a global online resource that reaches 25,000 nonprofit and philanthropic professionals weekly; she is also a frequent contributing writer for the site, providing analysis of key trends in corporate giving, grantmaking, and cause marketing.  She is a “Senior FLiP” as well, editing onPhilanthropy’s Future Leaders in Philanthropy (FLiP), a blog for young grantmakers and fundraisers.  Elisabeth is also a member of Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy. 

Prior to joining Changing Our World, Elisabeth worked at The Elie Wiesel Foundation for Humanity, where she facilitated and supported the Foundation’s programs, including the Prize in Ethics essay contest and the Petra Conference of Nobel Laureates.  Previously, she coordinated publicity for global affairs, arts, and education initiatives at Japan Society.  Elisabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, magna cum laude in Communication, from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
