Julie Fagnani

Julie Fagnani is a Director in the Fundraising Division of Changing Our World, Inc.

Julie specializes in feasibility studies, capital campaigns and major gifts.

As counsel, she has worked with the ASCO Cancer Foundation, National Peace Corps Association, Friends of the World Food Program, Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund, Produce Marketing Associations Education Foundation, Christian Blind Mission International, and the Archdiocese for the Military Services, among others.

Julie runs the Future Leaders in Philanthropy (FLiP) outreach effort in Washington, DC and the surrounding area. FLiP is a networking community of young professionals from the fundraising and philanthropic worlds. Through its online presence (http://flip.onphilanthropy.com) and through frequent gatherings, FLiP offers numerous opportunities for future leaders to meet, learn, exchange ideas, and contribute to each other’s success.

Before joining Changing Our World, Julie had several internship experiences including the Clinton Foundation and the United States Department of Agriculture. Julie continues to remain active in volunteering with the Foundation, and has volunteered with a few Clinton Global Initiative events as well as others.

While at the Department of Agriculture, Julie served as assistant to the grants liaison and reviewed grant proposals for USDA’s Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service. Julie’s additional experience with nonprofits includes working for several years as an Early Childhood Program assistant at the Riverdale Neighborhood House in Bronx, New York.

Julie graduated from the College of Mount Saint Vincent with a BA in Communications.
